This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.01.2025. 2.According to the petitioner, there is a family dispute between the petitioner and his wife and thereby the petitioner lodged a complaint against his wife and others through representation dated 30.01.2025, but the same has not been considered by the third respondent. Therefore, the present Writ Petition. 3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that they received the representation of the petitioner and the same 2/5

is under enquiry and they will complete the same within a period of one [1] week.

4.This Court heard both sides and perused the records placed before this Court.

5.Considering the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition, this Court directs the third respondent to complete the enquiry in accordance with law within a period of one [1] week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
