This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent herein not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry without following any due process of law. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the complaint preferred by the de-facto complainant has been inquired into and the same has been closed. A copy of the closure report has also been produced before this Court.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
