PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. Not known of 2025 on the file of the respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners on 26.02.2025 under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, praying to grant an order of pre-arrest bail.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners appeared before the respondent police on 12.03.2025 as directed by this Court and co-operated with the respondent-police.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that CSR enquiry is pending. The defacto complainant did not appear before the respondent police on 12.03.2025. As on today (i.e., 14.03.2025), the respondent police has not registered a case against the petitioners.

4. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner has no reasonable apprehension of arrest at the hands of the respondent- police at this state of enquiry. Needless to mention that as and when the respondent-police registered a case against the petitioners, they have a right to move fresh anticipatory bail application as per law.
