To set aside the judgment and decree dated 10.12.2018 passed in A.S.No.25 of 2017 on the file of the Principal District Judge's Court, Karur, confirming the judgment and decree dated 17.03.2017 passed in O.S.No.297 of 2010 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Judge's Court, Karur and to allow the Second Appeal. ORDER :This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.C.R.PRASANAN, Advocate for the petitioners and the Respondent not appeared either in person or by an Advocate, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking to condone the delay of 12 days in filing the Second Appeal.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. There is no appearance on behalf of the respondent.
