ORDER

This petition has been filed mainly on the ground that the case in Crime No.25 of 2023 was registered for the offences under Sections 294(b) and 506(i) of IPC falsely against the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has expressed his grievance that continuously a false case has been foisted upon the petitioner. So far, the respondent police has not altered the penal provisions. Therefore, he sent a representation to the concerned officials and the same was not considered so far.

3. This Court is not in a position to understand the grievances that has been expressed by the petitioner. Already, the case has been registered against the petitioner and is facing the trial process.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that final report was filed and except the registration of FIR, no summon was issued to the petitioner and he was already granted anticipatory bail in the very same crime number.

5. Here, there is no harassment to the petitioner at the hands of the respondent police. The investigation is still pending. This petition is a clear abuse of process of law.
