This Criminal Revision Case has been filed against the order made in Crl.M.P.2941 of 2014 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Sessions Court, Kanyakumari District, dated 02.09.2014. 2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the charge sheet has already been filed on 10.11.2018 and therefore, nothing survives in this revision petition.
