3. This petition has been filed at the stage of petition enquiry. Therefore, this criminal original petition is disposed of with the following directions:- i) If at the end of enquiry, the respondent registers any FIR against the petitioner, the petitioner will be put on notice, so that, the petitioner will have breathing time to move the concerned Court for the relief of anticipatory bail.

ii) There is no question of orally summoning the petitioner to come to the police station for enquiry.
