2. This Court heard the submissions made by Mr.C.Arul Vadivel @ Sekar, learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. In view of the above, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn and the liberty sought for by the petitioner is granted. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
