O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for issuing a direction to the respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.34 of 2014, dated 05.05.2014 on the file of the respondent police and file a final report.

2.No representation for the petitioner.

3.Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

4.Going by the petition, the petitioner states that on the basis of the complaint lodged by him a case was registered in Cr.No.34 of 2014 on 05.05.2014 and that there was no further progress.

5.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the criminal complaint was transferred to Thilagar Thildal Police Station and therefore, no direction can be issued as against the respondent in this case.

6.The complaint is lodged for the offences under Sections 406, 420 and 120(B) of IPC. It is to be noted that the allegation is about simple money transaction between the petitioner and the proposed accused. It is only for recovery of the money, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner has lodged the complaint. Hence, this Court also does not find any merit in this petition.

7.In the result, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. No costs.
