This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a case on the complaint lodged by the petitioner in C.S.R.No.322 of 2016, dated 25.10.2016.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) has produced a copy of the closure report and submitted that based on the complaint of the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted by the respondent Police and during enquiry, it came to know that the complaint preferred by the petitioner is a false one and therefore, the said complaint was closed.
