This writ petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to grant permission and police protection to conduct Kabadi Tournment from 27.04.2018 to 28.04.2018 at Mangalavbadi Salthiradu Kabadi Ground, Mangalavadi, Kayalpattinam, Tiruchendur Taluk, Thoothukudi District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 12.04.2018 and pass orders. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. Mr.M.Karuppasamy, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents, submitted that the representation of the petitioner was already considered and rejected by the second respondent.

5. In view of the above, if the second respondent had already passed orders rejecting the representation of the petitioner, he

is directed to communicate the rejection order to the petitioner and if the representation of the petitioner is still pending, the same shall be considered and orders shall be passed by the second respondent on or before 25.04.2018 in accordance with law.

6. This Writ Petition is disposed of, with the above direction. No costs.
