ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 18.02.2019, preferred against the non-inclusion of the petitioner's name in the panel of Assistant Executive Engineer, fit for promotion as Executive Engineer/Electrical for the year 2018-2019. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.The grievance of the petitioner is that the appeal preferred by her dated 18.02.2019, against the non-inclusion of her name in the panel of Assistant Executive Engineer, fit for promotion as Executive Engineer/Electrical for the year 2018-2019, vide (PER) CMD/TANGEDCO, proceeding No.18, dated 11.02.2019, is pending without https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

getting disposal. Hence the petitioner is before this Court seeking early disposal of the same.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 18.02.2019 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and any of the interested parties.

5.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
