ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first and second respondents to take action on the petitioner's representation dated 30.12.2025 seeking not to make any registration in respect of the properties situated in Survey Nos.189/1B, 189/3B, 190/4B, 191/1A, 191/3B and 189/4 in Theththupaadi Village, Kannivadi, Dindigul District, within a time limit stipulated by this Court.

2. Mr.M.Lingadurai, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner made a representation before the second respondent on 30.12.2025 requesting not to make any registration in respect of the subject properties. However, the same has not been considered till date. Hence, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 2/5

4. The learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has only raised an objection against the registration of the document and that, in the event any such document is presented for registration, due notice will be issued to the petitioner. After issuing notice to the petitioner, the respondent will conduct an enquiry and thereafter take a decision in accordance with law.

5. In such circumstances, this Court directs that in the event any document is presented by the third parties for registration, the respondent shall issue notice to the petitioner, conduct an enquiry, and thereafter take a decision in accordance with law with regard to the registration of the same.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
