O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed in the nature of mandamus seeking direction against the second respondent, the Revenue Divisional Officer to process further the appeal in Na.Ka.No.3153/2021/A1, which had been filed by the petitioner herein, aggrieved by the earlier order of the Tahsildar, Theni Taluk.

2. The fourth respondent herein is the owner of the adjacent land of the petitioner herein. The appeal is now pending with the second respondent from the year 2021. It is only appropriate that the second respondent examines the issues and after giving notice to the petitioner and to the fourth respondent passes necessary orders. Such exercise 2/5

shall be completed within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The second respondent may ensure that the order is passed in the presence of the petitioner and the fourth respondent.
