ORDER

The petitioner seeks cancellation of the sale deed executed by the sixth respondent in favour of the fifth respondent. The Hon'ble Supreme Court in the decision reported in 2016 10 SCC 767 in the case of Satya Pal Anand vs State of M.P. and others, held that the jurisdictional Civil Court alone can grant the relief of nullifying a registered document.

2.Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed, giving liberty to the writ petitioner to move the jurisdictional Civil Court for getting the relief now sought for. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the matter. The rights of the parties are left open. No costs.
