This petition is filed to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioner without due process of law.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions, would submit that during enquiry, the defacto complainant agreed to settle their dispute through Court. Hence, the said complaint was closed. He also produced a copy of the closure report before this Court.
