ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner apprehends that his father may execute deeds of conveyance in favour of his sisters. Admittedly the petitioner is not the owner of the property. If the petitioner has any other claim over the petition mentioned property, it is for the petitioner to work out his rights before the jurisdictional civil Court. Unless the petitioner obtains restraint order against the respondent, the respondent cannot be prevented from discharging his statutory functions. 3.With this observation, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
