O R D E R

This petition has been filed, seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to register a case on the complaint given by the petitioner on 29.06.2016 against the proposed accused, on the supervision of 1st respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that this Court, by order dated 28.07.2016 directed the petitioner to appear before the respondents for interrogation and in lieu of the petitioner, her husband only appeared before the respondent police.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that since the petitioner's husband has got sufficient instructions, he

appeared before the respondent police and there is no hesitation on the part of the petitioner to appear for interrogation.

5. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police for enquiry within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After completion of the enquiry, it is open to the respondent police to take action in accordance with law.
