O R D E R

This petition is filed to direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioners and their family members under the guise of enquiry without due process of law.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions, would submit that the case has been registered in Crime No.1 of 2017 on the file of the third respondent and the same is pending. When the respondent police served summons to the petitioners for enquiry, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioners did not appear for enquiry and without cooperate for enquiry, the petitioners filed this petition before this Court.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to seek their remedy before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
