This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register an FIR based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 31.10.2017 and investigate the same. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.172 of 2018 has been registered under Sections 147, 294(b) and 506(ii) IPC.
3.Recording the above said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
