PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to remove the encroachments made by the respondents 4 to 17 in the Government Poramboke Land (Cart Track) in S.No.198 situated at Malvarpatti Village, Vedasandur Taluk, Dindigul District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 15.02.2020.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner seeks removal of encroachment made over a Government land, classified as a Cart Track. In this regard, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 15.02.2020.

2. Taking note of the pendency of the said representation dated 15.02.2020, we call upon the third respondent to pass appropriate orders on the same, in accordance with law, after putting the petitioner as well as the alleged encroachers on notice, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
