Memo No. 29002/2016DPC3.2 dated 24.05.2016 by the Director of Rural Development and Panchayat Raj, Chennai by passing appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a specified time frame that may be fixed by this Honourable Court and pass such other orders as may be deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.
