ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case against the accused persons on the complaint dated 06.11.2017.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the complaint given by the petitioner was enquired and during enquiry the petitioner requests the respondent police not to take further action on the complaint made by the petitioner, since the proposed accused has agreed to settle the amount to the petitioner within a period of three months. Recording the same, the complaint was closed. The closure report is also produced before this Court.
3.In the light of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
