Respondent PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.02.2019 and to furnish the assessment order passed in Assessment No.3386 for Door No.11-4-13 enhancing the property tax from Rs.5,124/- to a sum of Rs.12,760/- and assessment order passed in Assessment No.3397 for Door No.11-4-12 enhancing the property tax from Rs.20,732/- to a sum of Rs.51,832/-.

O R D E R

The only relief that is sought for in the Writ petition is that the petitioner's representation dated 04.02.2019 should be considered.

2. There can be no objection to this request. The petitioner's aforementioned representation shall be disposed of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The petitioner also wants to be furnished with the petition mentioned assessment orders. We are in the age of R.T.I. Therefore, the respondent will make available the proceedings based on which the impugned assessment has been made. This information shall be furnished to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Writ petition stands allowed, on these terms. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the matter. No costs.
