This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to give adequate police protection to the petitioner and his family members on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 01.03.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the official respondents submitted that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, F.I.R. has been registered in Crime No.110 of 2021 on the file of the second respondent and the investigation is under progress.
