ORDER

The Petitioner filed this petition for modifying the condition imposed by this Court by the order dated 26.10.2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.14407 of 2017, while granting anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State would submit that the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders. Hence, this petition is ordered accordingly.
