[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.] The petitioner, who is the father of the detenu has come forward to file this Habeas Corpus Petition seeking production of his son viz., Sethuraman before this Court.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that a case has already been registered against the detenu for the offence under Section 366 of I.P.C., on a complaint given by the husband of the respondent No.3. Even on a perusal of the complaint, it is seen that the detenu has left along with the respondent No.3. Thus, we do not find any https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
illegal detention involved. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
