The grievance of the petitioner that his representation dated 07.04.2015 seeking to forbear the respondents his sub ordinates or anyone claiming right under them from interfering with any kind of legally permitted business in shop no.2 and 3 run by the petitioner situated in Town Survey No.1113/2 in CSI Boarding Middle School Shopping complex, Salai Road, Dindigul Town as per the license provided to him upto 11.06.2020 in Ref. No.PD/981/2017 and PD/982/2017, dt.12.06.2017 by the property officer CSI Diocese of Madurai and Ramnad, has not been considered https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

by the respondents till date and therefore, he has filed the present writ petition.

2. This Court is of the view that ends of justice would be met if the petitioner's representation dated 07.04.2015 is directed to be disposed of within the stipulated time.

3. In view of the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to dispose the petitioner's representation dated 07.04.2015 on its own merits and take further action in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
