None appears for the writ petitioner. The relief sought for in this writ petition cannot be granted. This Court cannot restrain the statutory authority from discharging his statutory function. If the writ petitioner has some grievance with regard to title issue, the petitioner has to move the Civil Court and get order of injunction.
