ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to approve forthwith the appointment of R.Jackuline Pemila as B.T.Assistant in the petitioner-school with effect from 14.06.2017 with all the consequential benefits. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner-school has appointed one R.Jackuline Pemila as B.T.Assistant and seeking approval of the said incumbent, the petitioner-school submitted a proposal to the second respondent on 23.07.2018. But, till date no orders have been passed on the said proposal. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the second respondent to consider the proposal dated 23.07.2018 sent by the petitioner-school, seeking approval of appointment of one R.Jackuline Pemila as B.T.Assistant and pass appropriate orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
