This Revision has been filed praying to set aside the order passed by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Perayur in M.C.No.14 of 2013, dated 04.09.2016.

2. Learned counsel for petitioner and learned counsel for Respondents 1 to 3 are present.

3.The matter was referred to Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Bench and it is represented that the matter has been settled before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre. A report was also received from the Mediation and Conciliation Centre stating that the mediation has succeeded in this case. It is admitted that both are living together and (*)'the revision petitioner is entitled to withdraw the amount of Rs.38,500/- (Rupees Thirty Eight Thousand and Five Hundred) deposited by him, before the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court at peraiyur'. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.In terms of the Mediation Agreement entered between the parties, this Criminal Revision Case is closed.
