This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondent police to expedite the investigation in Crime No.259 of 2014 on the file of the respondent and file a final report before the concerned Court within a stipulated time. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions would submit that investigation is pending in this case.

3. In view of the same, the respondent is directed to complete the enquiry and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
