This Criminal Original Petition is filed for issuing a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3.The petitioner states that he is a Diploma holder and that under the guise of registering a false case against the petitioner he is put to harassment. The petitioner's specific case is that the petitioner's career is likely to be spoiled by the second respondent and that for no reason, the petitioner is called upon for enquiry. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the petitioner was accused in three cases. In Cr.No.17 of 2015 and Cr.No.12 of 2017 it is stated that the petitioner was arrested and then he was granted bail. Again in another criminal complaint registered in Cr.No.238 of 2016 the petitioner has obtained an anticipatory bail. It is in these circumstance, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
that the petitioner is a habitual offender and that there was no harassment except calling upon him for enquiry in connection with the case, in which he is involved.
5.Considering the fact that the petitioner has not disclosed any of the details in the petition this Court is of the view that there is no bonafide in this petition. Having regard to the conduct of the petitioner in approaching this Court by suppressing material particulars, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. 6.Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. No costs.
