This Criminal Original Petition is filed for issuing a direction to the second respondent to file a final report in Cr.No.287 of 2015.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the complaint was enquired into and referred as 'mistake of fact'. It is further stated that Referred Charge Sheet https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ notice also was issued to the petitioner.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor also produced the acknowledgement signed by the petitioner for receiving closure report. He also served a copy of the closure report and the Referred Charge Sheet notice to the counsel for the petitioner. 5.In view of the above fact, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to file a protest petition, if she is so advised. No costs.
