: Respondent PRAYER: Criminal Original petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code to direct the respondent herein to file final report against all the accused in Crime No.14 of 2015, before the ordinary regular Jurisdictional Magistrate Court, viz., learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

This petition is filed for issuing a direction to the respondent herein to file final report against all the accused in Crime No.14 of 2015, before the ordinary regular Jurisdictional Magistrate Court, viz., learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the final report was made ready even on 15.10.2017 and that it is yet to be taken on file. In any event, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is not able to confirm whether the charge sheet is taken on file.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the charge-sheet is yet to be filed before the ordinary / regular Jurisdictional Magistrate Court, viz., learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul.

4. Taking into consideration the submissions on either side, this Court is inclined to pass the following direction: https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ The respondent is directed to see that the charge sheet filed earlier by the respondent / police is taken on file by

the ordinary / regular Jurisdictional Magistrate Court, viz., learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul, within a period of three months from the date of date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
