This Criminal Original is filed for a direction to the respondents to register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 25.04.2015.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) on instructions submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in this matter. He further submitted that the petitioner is not co-operating with the enquiry.

3. In view of the same, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent on 16.06.2015 along with relevant documents and co-operate with the enquiry and the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry, within a period of four weeks thereafter.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
