ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the First Information Report upon the forwarded complaint dated 22.09.2017 from the first respondent.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has filed a petition before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur for the very same prayer. Pursuant to the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur a criminal case has been registered on 16.02.2018 in Crime No.114 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 354, 465 and 506(2) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Tamilnadu Prohibition of Charging Exorbitant Interest Act, 2003. The copy of the said First Information Report is also filed before this Court. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has not disputed the above said fact.

4.In view of the same, no further adjudication is required in this Criminal Original Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
