3. This Court has passed an order on 27.11.2017 that Cr.M.P.No.1318 of 2017 in Special S.C.No.12 of 2015 will be allowed on payment of cost of Rs.50,000/- to the victim within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

received the copy of the aforesaid order on 12.01.2018, but, he is not able to comply with the said condition because of his poor economic condition.

5.Though the order was passed on 27.11.2017, so far, the petitioner has not complied with the said order. Hence, this petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
