ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the respondents to secure the accused persons in connection with Crime No.131 of 2015 on the file of the 2nd respondent and file a final report on the same.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that even after a lapse of ten months from the date of registration of the case, the respondents did not take any efforts to arrest the accused and to file the final report. Hence, the petitioner has come up with this petition for the aforesaid prayer. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that the second respondent already filed charge sheet referring the case as mistake of fact on 28.12.2015 before the concerned Court.
