2.According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, a case has been registered in Crime No.899 of 2017, on 28.11.2017, for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b) and 506(ii) IPC and Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Woman Act, 2002.
