For Respondent : Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.77 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 506(ii) of IPC and Section 4 of TNPHW Act seek anticipatory bail.

2. Occurrence has taken place on 09.03.2020. Though the petitioner claim that the dispute is between the brothers regarding division of ancestral property, quarrel broke out and the defacto complainant has given a false complaint as if he was injured. Infact it was the second petitioner who got injuries and admitted in the hospital, since she was attacked by the defacto complainant with iron rod.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) would submit that it is a case and counter case where fight broke out between brothers and their supporters. Injured persons are yet to be discharged from the hospital in this case.

4. Taking note of the fact that the injured persons are still taking treatment in the hospital, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5. Hence, this petition stands dismissed.
