ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent police to register the complaint given by the petitioner dated 19.09.2017 and take necessary action against the proposed accused.

2.Heard Mr.C.Senthil Kumar, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.S.Durai Pandian, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice for the respondents.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that a case has been registered in Cr.No.373 of 2017, for the offences punishable under Sections 279, 337, 379 of IPC,1860.
