2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the First Information Report has been registered against the petitioners in Crime No.10 of 2021 for the offences under Section 420 of IPC. Thereafter, the respondent police has completed the investigation and also filed final report as ' Action Dropped' and the same has been closed. 3.In view of the same, the petition is dismissed with liberty to the intervener to work out his remedy before the concerned Magistrate in the manner known to law.
