This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking a direction to the respondents to register First Information Report on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 18.04.2015. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that no complaint is pending before the second respondent police. 4.Considering the said submission, the petitioner is directed to lodge a fresh complaint to the concerned respondent police on 16.06.2015 and the same shall be proceeded further by them within four weeks thereafter.
