ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register the petitioner's Sale Deed dated 10.12.2025 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that respondent Nos. 3 and 4 are intending to sell the subject properties to the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner presented the Sale Deed dated 10.12.2025 before the second respondent for registration. However, the second respondent has kept the Sale Deed pending for the past two months. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that, in the event the petitioner presents the original document before the second respondent, the same will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed.

4. In view of the above submission, this Court directs the petitioner to present the original Sale Deed dated 10.12.2025 before the second respondent. Upon such presentation, the second respondent is 2/4

directed to receive the same and pass appropriate orders on the registration of the Sale Deed in accordance with law.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
