: Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the respondents more particularly the third respondent to discontinue the harassment, humiliation as made on the petitioner and the other office bearers who are running an association under the name and style of Luxor Recreation and Welfare Association at 158, Palamarathupatty Post, Dindigul Taluk, Dindigul District forthwith as and when they are undertaking legal activities which are not prohibited under any law.

ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents, more particularly, the third respondent to discontinue the harassment, humiliation as made on the petitioner and the other office bearers who are running an association under the name and style of Luxor Recreation and Welfare Association at 158, Palamarathupatty Post, Dindigul Taluk, Dindigul District forthwith as and when they are undertaking legal activities which are not prohibited under any law.

Police, Taluk Police Station, Dindigul, no petition or complaint is pending against the petitioner before the respondent police as on today. Paragraph No.5 of the status report reads as follows: "5. I humbly submit that the third respondent herein did not receive any complaint against petitioner herein and also in connection with the petitioner's welfare association and also there is no case pending against the welfare association and also there is no case pending against the welfare association. And further the respondent police did not called the petitioner herein and other office bearers to the police station at any point of time as stated by the petitioner herein in his direction petition."
3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and also taking into account the status report filed by the third respondent, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
