This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute between himself and the fourth respondent in respect of the property bearing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Survey No.755/1 situated at Palavoor - I Village, Radhapuram Taluk, Panagudi Sub Division, Tirunelveli District and also discontinue the harassment being made in this regard forthwith. 2.According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the complaint has been inquired into and the same has been closed. A copy of the closure report has also been produced before this Court.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
