ORDER

The petitioner seeks to set aside the docket order in C.A.No.XCA47/26 in Crl.M.P.No.88 of 2026 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kovilpatti, Thoothukudi District, requiring the certified copies of the petition or requisition letter of the respondent police and order of the trial Court in Cr.M.P.No.88 of 2026 through copy application, which was rejected.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. A careful perusal of the records would make it clear that the copy application was not rejected, but returned for the reason that final report is not filed. In view of the same, the petitioner is granted liberty to file a fresh copy application, once the final report is filed. Furthermore, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kovilpatti, Thoothukudi District, is directed to provide a copy of the requisition letter submitted by the respondent police at the time of filing the FIR, along with the documents enclosed with the requisition letter. 2/4

4. With the above direction and liberty, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
