This Criminal Original Petition has been file to direct the respondents police to take action on the complaint of the petitioner dated 07.06.2016.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police, on instructions, would submit that the complaint https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ itself has been closed on 20.07.2016.

3.The learned counsel for the impleading respondent would submit that the parties have compromised the matter and nothing survives in the complaint.

4.In view of the above development, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition and the same is dismissed.
