This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent not to harass the petitioner and his wife Rajarajeshwari @ Asheela Banu, D/o.Durairaj, under the guise of enquiry on the false complaint of the second respondent. 2.According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, a case has been registered in Crime No.175 of 2017, on 18.11.2017, for 'woman missing' and he has also produced a copy of the FIR before this Court.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
